Colfax corp screw pump have two main types: The twin- screw pump consists of two meshing screws. The pump is usually equipped with a set of timing gears located outside the pump chamber and lubricated with clean lubricating oil to ensure that the screw rotates correctly with respect to other screws. Three screw pump- has a drive screw and other two screw meshing to produce pressure.The screws are in contact with each other, which limits the pump to clean liquids.
