The M5X series is a fixed displacement axial piston motor with a swash plate design. The motor has built-in relief valve and make-up valve components, and the swing function is realized through the pipe connection from the control valve to the motor port.
This design makes the motor very compact, and the piston/cylinder part, mechanical brake part and accessory valve part are arranged neatly. The mounting flange of the motor is enlarged so that it can be directly connected with the ring gear of the reduction gear.
