In 1954 the company name was changed to Toyo Umpanki Co., Ltd. and in 1999 was TCM Corporation. TCM Corporation joined the UniCarriers Group in August 2012. In October 2017, the business integration of Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift and Unicarriers Corporation gave birth to Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd.
