FERMEC Loader Hydraulic Parts

Fermec was created in 1992 through a management buyout of the Massey Ferguson (MF) industrial division. This purchase includes all of Massey Ferguson's construction equipment lines.

Fermec was acquired from the management team by Case IH in 1997 and operated under the Case CE division. In order to merge with New Holland, Case IH sold Fermec in 2001.

In 2001, when Fermec was sold to Terex, it ceased trading as a brand. In 2017, some of the former Fermec backhoe range, which has been renamed Terex, was transferred to French company Mecalac Volvo Construction Equipment.
