FAUN-FRISC Loader Hydraulic Parts

Founded in 1902, Eisenbauanstalt Gebrüder Frisch Augsburg was a German steel construction and mechanical engineering company that had been operating since 1913 under the name Heinrich Frisch KG, and in 1971 the company was restructured into Frisch GmbH.

In 1977, FAUN acquired a majority of the shares of Frisch GmbH and founded FAUN-Frisch-Baumaschinen GmbH, which continued to produce wheel loaders and motor graders and complemented FAUN's existing range of dump trucks.

In 1986, FAUN-Werke and its FAUN-Frisch-Baumaschinen GmbH joined the O&K Group. In 1998, Fiat subsidiary New Holland acquired O&K's construction machinery division, and these acquired brands ceased production entirely at the former Frisch plant in Kissing in 1999.
